Natural Shampoo

This simple shampoo contains an apple cleanser and a coconut cleanser. There is no SLS (sodium laurel sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate) to irritate the scalp. It is further enhanced with a rosemary mint essential oil blend to help stimulate the scalp and encourage hair growth.

Although this shampoo does create a nice lather, it does not foam like SLS shampoos, and it is very concentrated. A little goes a long way.

About the Ingredients:

Coco Glucoside

is a very gentle cleanser made from coconut oil and corn and fruit sugars. It is non GMO and and free of SLS, parabens, phthalates and formaldehyde.

Apple Surfactant

is a non-irritating combination of a coconut salt and the amino acids distilled from apple juice.

Vegetable Glycerin

is a natural by product of soap making. It is a humactant which means it attracts and holds moisture.

Xanthan Gum

results from the fermentation of glucose, sucrose or lactose by the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris. It is most commonly used as a binder and thickener is vegan and gluten free baking. In McGuire Naturals Shampoo its primary function is to thicken the shampoo so it doesn't just flow off your hand before it gets to your hair.

Rosemary Mint Essential Oils

stimulate the scalp to encourage growth of thick healthy looking hair.

Citric Acid

helps balance PH which helps reduced tangling.
